1. Quiénes somos
Ruler of Sea es un juego en línea operado por Edward Triana, persona natural con domicilio en Colombia ("nosotros"). Contacto: soporte@rulerofsea.com.
2. Aceptación
Al crear una cuenta o jugar aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el juego.
3. Edad
Debes tener al menos 13 años. Si eres menor de edad, necesitas permiso de tu madre, padre o tutor, y ellos deben aprobar cualquier compra.
4. Tu cuenta
- Eres responsable de tu usuario y contraseña. No los compartas.
- Una cuenta es personal. No se vende, alquila ni transfiere.
- El nombre de tu cuenta no puede ser ofensivo ni suplantar a otra persona o al equipo del juego.
5. Juego limpio
Está prohibido usar trampas, bots, programas que modifiquen el juego, explotar errores, atacar el servidor o acosar a otros jugadores. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que lo hagan, sin reembolso.
6. Objetos virtuales y zafiros
Los zafiros, barcos, velas y demás objetos del juego no son dinero ni propiedad tuya: son una licencia de uso dentro del juego. No tienen valor fuera de él, no se cambian por dinero y no se pueden comerciar fuera del juego. Los pagos los procesa Xsolla como vendedor; mira la Política de reembolsos.
7. Beta y cambios
El juego está en beta. Puede tener errores, cortes y cambios de balance, y podemos reiniciar o ajustar progreso si es necesario para corregir fallos o abusos. Intentaremos avisar con tiempo.
8. Responsabilidad
El juego se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida que lo permita la ley, no respondemos por pérdidas causadas por cortes del servicio, fallos de tu equipo o de tu conexión.
9. Fin del servicio
Puedes dejar de jugar cuando quieras y pedir que borremos tu cuenta. Si un día cerramos el juego, avisaremos con al menos 30 días.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Colombia, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te dé la ley de tu país como consumidor.
11. Cambios a estos términos
Si los cambiamos, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba. Seguir jugando después significa que aceptas la nueva versión.

1. Who we are
Ruler of Sea is an online game operated by Edward Triana, an individual based in Colombia ("we"). Contact: soporte@rulerofsea.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or playing you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
3. Age
You must be at least 13. If you are a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they must approve any purchase.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for your username and password. Do not share them.
- Accounts are personal. They may not be sold, rented or transferred.
- Account names may not be offensive or impersonate another person or the game staff.
5. Fair play
Cheats, bots, game-modifying software, exploiting bugs, attacking the server and harassing other players are forbidden. We may suspend or close accounts that do so, without refund.
6. Virtual items and sapphires
Sapphires, ships, sails and other in-game items are not money or your property: they are a license to use them inside the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be traded outside the game. Payments are processed by Xsolla as the seller; see the Refund policy.
7. Beta and changes
The game is in beta. It may have bugs, downtime and balance changes, and we may reset or adjust progress when needed to fix errors or abuse. We will try to give notice.
8. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by service outages or by failures of your device or connection.
9. End of service
You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. If we ever shut the game down, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will update the date above. Continuing to play means you accept the new version.
